| Sadly deceased black man who dressed in a Lone Ranger outfit (it was a great costume, because he could dance with anyone he wanted!) was also a great blues singer. In addition to singing and dancing, he also spins his guns -- the man can seriously work the crowd. He's rumored to have known Muddy Waters. Born as James Ramsey on Feb. 1,1932, in Jackson, Miss, he also appeared in a Crucial Conflict video. He passed away in 1998 at the age of 66.
